Our exchange policy applies to online orders only and is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer an exchange.
Items purchased in-store are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Online purchases are eligible for exchange only within 7 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds for online purchases.
Sale Items Policy
All sale items are sold in their current condition and are FINAL SALE.
Please choose carefully, as sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind, incorrect size, or any other reason.
We recommend reviewing all product details, sizing information, and images carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchanges
Online purchases may be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date if:
- The incorrect size was ordered.
- The item is damaged or faulty.
- The incorrect item was received.
All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval. We do not offer refunds.
Returning Your Item
To arrange an exchange, please contact us first. Once approved, return your item to the address provided by our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or we have sent the incorrect item.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
